So, my friend with an 03 f250 ex-6.0, decided to put a 12v in its place. I told him to fix the 6.0 but alas he didn't listen and now he's working on working the bugs out of his 12v conversion. She starts and goes but it is having tranny issues. He is using the original automatic tranny via a destroked adapter. He appears to be having torque converter issues. Supposedly it locks and unlocks at random times. The tranny shifted fine before the conversion, and now it doesn't. It keeps throwing a code of p1744. He is running a SCT live wire to control the trans with innovative tuning I believe. I know I haven't given much info, but anybody have any ideas??
