E99 start, cut out, then no start

My dads E99 started, sputtered, then cut out. When he tried to start it again there was no WTS light. Checked fuses, #30 was blown, he replaced it and heard it pop when he tried again. I was thinking it was the fuel bowl heater but can't check again until he gets more 30amp fuses. Any ideas incase that isn't it

that sounds like the problem just unplug the white 2 wire connector on the back of the fuel bowl and retest, if it is the problem you will need to remove or replace the heater and plug the wire back in cause it operates the water in fuel light
