Easiest way to drain DEF tank???

What's the easiest way to drain & clean the DEF tank for future use when it's time to trade?

My plan was to siphon the DEF, then fill and siphon the tank several times with hot water, to clean it out but I can't seem to get a hose down the filler neck into the tank. Is there a ball-valve restricting the hose?

As a last resort, I'm not opposed to removing & reinstalling the DEF tank after cleaning but would like some input on what to expect.

Surely someone can point me in the right direction or has somer "How To" pictures when they did theirs.

Yeah the hose down the filler neck didn't work for me either. I had to take it off to get it drained out. I just left it off for the time being
