Egr foolong

Hi guys, I have a 2008 F350 that I really want to ****** the EGR on however I live in a state that has emissions testing. I'm not worried about the visual check, so if I were to ****** the EGR is there anyway to fool the ECM into thinking it's still hooked up so the readiness monitor will read ready? I can only have one readiness monitor not ready and I'm reserving that for the ******d ***. I'm not sure what parameters the ECM watches from the EGR system. I'm sure I can just tuck the EGR off to the side somewhere plugged in, but I'm told it can read flow as well? Does anyone have any ideas or perhaps has done this before?

I don't see you passing a visual with a full E G r removal so blocker plates would be an option but they can be seen also.

But... like you have stated, the ECM looks at lots of parameters so it will be watching the EBP sensor when the E G r valve is suppose to open and drop drive pressure, no flow to the valve , no drop in drive pressure, possible code set.

I have been tuned a long time and haven't tried this either.

Can you break up the comment on the .... " I can only have one readiness monitor not ready and I'm reserving that for the ******d *** " .... cause I have no idea what your trying to say there ...

When you turn off the *** or EGR and you trying to get an inspection where they plug into the ECM The readiness monitors for those systems will read not ready. Because they have been disabled. In my state, you are allowed to have one read not ready and on my truck that will be for the ***. As with the ******* you can run the EGR with the *** disabled. Not vice versa
