Ok, on another note.

I am still deciding if we should have sides.

I need opinions. Please respond asap.

The menu is pretty much set as far as the main courses.

LUNCH: Pork tenderloin, stuffed with jalepeno cheese, with a rasberry chipotle sauce. Jalepeno poppers with a light sweet cream cheese and a chunk of chicken (fajita seasoned) wrapped in bacon.

DINNER: some McAnally GRADE A Steak (will include-strips, sirloin, ribeye), also i will have marinaded chicken breast (possibly mustard bird) or some other seasoning i may desire.

This is all i have set up so far. SO unless i get some more opinions on what we should cook for sides then im just going to press forward the rest of the money into the same things and roll with it. If not then i can alter some of this.

I am gad you got some chicken on both menus. I was a little worried about if the wife was going to get to eat.

Well, here is some encouragement.....

Got a surprise as well. There is 5, 5-7 lb briskets I will be cooking as well.

BBQ sauce is condensing on the stove. And should be ready by in the morning to go on the pitt. Still have 9 lbs of jalepenos to turn into poppers and 30 lbs of hamburger (that im donating) to prepare. Other than that i think im good to go. See everyone at the track. Hopefully everything works out for me to get a good spot. Possibly will try to be in the area the last two times i have been.
