Ok, on another note.
I am still deciding if we should have sides.
I need opinions. Please respond asap.
The menu is pretty much set as far as the main courses.
LUNCH: Pork tenderloin, stuffed with jalepeno cheese, with a rasberry chipotle sauce. Jalepeno poppers with a light sweet cream cheese and a chunk of chicken (fajita seasoned) wrapped in bacon.
DINNER: some McAnally GRADE A Steak (will include-strips, sirloin, ribeye), also i will have marinaded chicken breast (possibly mustard bird) or some other seasoning i may desire.
This is all i have set up so far. SO unless i get some more opinions on what we should cook for sides then im just going to press forward the rest of the money into the same things and roll with it. If not then i can alter some of this.
I am gad you got some chicken on both menus. I was a little worried about if the wife was going to get to eat.
She doesnt eat pork or steak?
