This spring I am going to be doing some exterior stuff on my truck, and since somehow the previous owner bent a corner of the hood Im looking at cowl hoods. Fiberglass hoods are much cheaper, any downsides to using them on these trucks?

I ran a cervinis on my 2000 and really liked it. Yiu get what you pay for and expect some shipping damage. Shrinking them prior to paint is important as well.

Not trying to scare ya, just heads up. I would do another fiberglass. Especially on a cowl hood, I think they look better.

I have a cervini ram air. I let it sit in the sun for better part of a month then finished and painted it. Very good quality and fit. No shipping damage for me it was very well packaged. uploadfromtaptalk1424366628923.jpg
