And just to confirm, this is a 4inch down pipe to 5" exhaust right? I have seen a few kits that lead you on to believe they are 5" turbo backs, but they I know they arent.

Is the discharge on your turbine 5"? Mine isnt, so a 5" pipe wouldnt do.me a bit of.good.

I've spent a lot of time on the forums over the last few years. Flo-Pro issues have been extremely isolated. I guess some people automatically call something junk when they have an issue. Best thing to do is contact the company about it instead of steering people away from a product that has a good track record.

I bought my diamond eye dual kit, because of the muffler. I LOVE the way my truck sounds. I also wanted the tips tucked in a bit. Everybody around likes their tips sticking way out, i dont.

True. I may have been brash. Just bummed about this. I remember reading a thread on this a while ago, so i figured it was a common problem. My apologies for running their name down.

I was pretty frustrated when the hanger broke off the last section of tail piping on my flo pro. My way of thinking is that you purchase a SS system from any company it should last the life of the truck. When it initially broke the first thought in my mind was great now I get to fight with these guys. It is hard to get company's now days to stand behind their product. Another common issue with any product is "oh we don't sell just have that one part, you need to buy the entire kit". I was pleasantly surprised when I emailed Flo Pro's tech department I got an email less than an hour later saying that they know that they have had some hanger issues so they are going to send me that last section of tail piping no questions asked. He didn't ask for a receipt or pictures or anything. The fitment on the Flo Pro was awesome and now that I know how good their customer service is I would definitely buy from them again.

while i agree with that statement, jeff, the real test, is how many hoops they make you jump through to get there, or can you get ahold of them to begin with.

Exactly. This makes all the difference in the world. I thought it was going to be a fight with Flo Pro but they really stepped up to the plate.
