Ford Diesel Swaps

What's the coolest swap or conversion you've seen in a Ford. I would have to say the one I will never forget is Pipewhiner's DT360.

Corey's truck is sharp and done well. I wish those DT360's could run a serpentine belt for easier accessory swap overs. I would love an older Super Duty with one and a 6 speed.

I used to own an 88 f-250 eclb with a JD T6414 and a 5 speed manual tranny. My BIL had done the swap an spent most of the time he drove it getting the bugs worked out. Then I bought it cheap with a blown hg. Fixed her up an drove it without a lick of trouble. Thing was a blast to drive. Had a much deeper sound than a cummins and torque out the wazoo. Not a lot of horse power tho. Got 22 mpg runnin around. Have absolutely no pics of the thing tho. I know the guy that bought it from me so maybe I can scare some up.
