frame swap?

How difficult is it to do a frame swap. I understand that its gonna take a ****load of time i was just wondering if there was any special skills or tools needed??

As far as I know, nothing special will be required. Unbolt everything from frame A and B, transfer all good stuff to frame B, put it all back together...and you have a truck with a good frame.
