Front bumper differences?

I can score a deal for a front bumper by fab fours. It's the premium bumper with pre runner and winch mount. Problem is that it's off a 450 and I have a 250. The 450 sits wider due to the factory fender flare versus the 250. Will this bumper bolt up and I can make up the difference with aftermarket flares like bushwackers? Any help or experience with this matter would be appreciate. Thanks guys.

That's all the 450's have is the flares (visually) so I'm sure you could do the same and it'd look clean still.
