Hubs locked in T-Case in 2-Hi and there were no issues. Engage the T-Case and then it would vibrate on acceleration/deceleration, but if I could would "coast" with no load on the driveline, it was fine. I know you said the u-joints/double cardan were all good, but I wouldn't completely rule out the driveline yet. I also wondered about the output bearing/chain on my T-case before the driveline rebuild fixed my issue. [/QUOTE]
