I bought this new towards the end of 2011. It has been a great tablet but the built in VPN services would not sync with our work servers so I have moved to the iPad.

No scratches or other issues. Have original box, usb cable, charger and manual.

The Xoom is running 4.04 Ice Cream Sandwich

Comes with the following;
32gb micro sd card (not pictured but installed)
2 screen protectors
Tylt folio with bluetooth keyboard
Black rubber skin
flip case that works as a stand
Standard Dock
2 micro usb to usb atapters (not pictured, these allow for a flash drive to be attached to the xoom)
