So you made your own bed plate? What's the length on the stack? Looks about perfect

Yes, its a 48". Had the plate laserjetted by a local fab shop and then slid it around the stack and welded at my desired height.

I still have my bed cover and I know I've seen someone add one through the cover. Trying to retain the cover if I can.

i had a local Upholstery shop modify my cover. he key hole cut the cover, and used a heavy marine binding to sew up the edges. it looked good. never a issue...

Ill have to get some pictures of mine. made my own. Hate flex pipe so I ran my 5" into a 5" elbow, a peice of 5" pipe ontop of that about 4-5" above the bed and a MBRP 7" stack ontop of that, not really a fan of bed mounts. dont really see a need to. and I made my own under the bed rail mount. then it goes through my tonnou cover. cant see any mounts or anything when the cover is on. and used a hole saw to cut the hole in the bed, perfect fit, not haggered up or anything and I think I spent less then 200$ on it

I also had a metal ring built to go around my stack, well two actually and "clamped" the cover in between in and used bolts like my smittybilt grille uses to bolt the two rings together, looks good IMO

If I were to ever put stacks I would put dual's right next to each other. Exactly like how everyone has their single but I would put another one right next to it. There is a dmax that lives by me and it looks so good with the dual's setup that way.

kinda wanted the fte stack on mine but didn't want to shell the money out for it, bought the stack from ptp. and used the 4in diamond eye exhaust for the lower 90 degree angle and only parts i actually had to buy extra were two band clamps. and a 4in to 5in od adapter.

and now you can't see the stack mount due to the tool box. but opted for a cleaner place to install my air tank, compressor and train horns.

Yup! I think that looks really good and I haven't seen too many trucks with them.

Seen a couple of those carbon fiber stacks that have blown apart on bigger power trucks. One nitrous caused and one just blew out. I was this close to pulling trigger on fte stack in the ole 6.0 RCLB.
