Fuel Additive

Whats the advice on fuel additive or stabilizer?
I had a low pressure fuel pump go out this past weekend, its a 2008 44k mi
4x4 truck. Dealer said they changed fuel filters but I say BS after I saw the bad pump. Bottom filter was in bad shape top looked pretty good.

Whats the chosen fuel addiitve and how often is it applied?

Lubrication Engineers BTU. I use it and sell it in my territory. The best period. And it treats way more per oz than all the others. It does not have cetane in it, but I picked up 1 mpg before I deleted my truck. Plus the add pack is similar in our other stuff and I swear LE has it nailed down when it comes to lubrication. Ive seen three ball tests demolish everything else out there but LE.

Look at the lower filter If you still can, see if it is stamped FF on the plastic ends.

Diesel Kleen, Thats what I run Grey Bottle. A lot of people run it on here also

I run standadynes fuel additive seems good... Also have ran diesel kleen in grey bottle
