Just a question, is your truck modified to need that direct supply of fuel to the pump or is there another benefit besides less clutter and one less filter, like a little bit better fuel economy? Interested in a bypass as well.

i want to get rid of it. kit or do it myself. i dont think it does anything for fuel economy.just cleans it up and sends fuel straight in. im throwing nozzles, pump, and lift pump so this is on my list also

Are there any actual benefits from the bowl removal besides cleaning up the bay? I have an upgraded lift pump on, but didnt see any harm in keeping the factory filter up there.
