Fuel pressure seems low... Blue spring kit?

When I first had my truck studded, deleted and all that good stuff, my fuel pressure sat around 55 at idle. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator and it's around 42 at idle. Wide open throttle drops to around 28.... Should I go ahead and put the blue spring kit on or check for other things first?

Sounds like your pump my be getting wore out

Picked up the truck today with the blue spring kit. Fuel pressure is around 62 at idle. Motor seems to be a bit quieter too, which is never a bad thing in my opinion.
