fuel psi question?

Today while I was driving I noticed my fuel gauge was boucing between 60 and 72. What could cause that?

When mine does that, 9 times outa ten its the fuel is beginning to gell up a bit.

That's kinda an open question since we know nothing about what kinda fuel system your running or where your gauge is tapped into.

Well the gauge has a sending unit into the fuel filter housing. The only extra mod I have is the crappy edge. The temp is about 15 degrees and not sure of the wind chill.

Wind chill doesn't matter...but the 15 degrees does. If you are not running winter blended diesel...you may be in trouble. Get some diesel911 in there...plus if you are beginning to gell, you may need to change out the fuel filter. If the wax plugs the filter...the diesel911 won't help. Trust me on that.

I agree.. change the fuel filter, put some 911 in the fuel tank and top it off

Its winter blend. But the only fuel you can get in my area is bio fuel.

With it being bio I would for sure then add in some 911 and change filters. I would also make it a ritual during the winter to dump in Powerservice with each fill. I love bio but it can be a bugger during the winter.
