What are my fueling options? Ive read about a few but then read some are discontinued ect. Looking at somthing that will do the job Im looking for with ease but not break the bank, not aiming for 1000hp. I also heard there was a DIY kit in the making? can you mod your stock pump? ect and links would be great also. thanks

You should probably list the hp goal, what nozzles and other fuel mods you already have. Basically right now you have factory pump, dragon fire or dual pumps

If you plan on running anything over 30% nozzles I would say dual fuelers for sure. What are your plans for the truck? Anymore for the price difference between a dual fueler and an II pump it's worth to go with the k16's.

I started a build thread. I wanted to do 30% but everyone said I would need dual fuelers even with those nozzles. So if I'm going to put dual fuelers on I mise well do 60% and a 72 instead of a 66. Aiming for 700 on fuel. Not 699 anything over 700. And mid 11's would be nice.

:whs: if you are planning on using 30% nozzles to their full potential, probably need dual fuelers.
Elite is working on a DIY kit but it is still in the testing phase and just yesterday I couldn't get Tad to give a ballpark date. He said they are doing a lot of testing cause they don't want to end up with the problems II's had. I haven't heard how much nozzles they will support.

Currently elite diesel and lube owner (no I'm not promoting anyone) offer a dual fueler kit. RCD offers a dual cp3 kit but seems to require quite a bit more tuning but I'm sure Jared or someone from RCD can give you more input on that. A K16 pump is the factory pump that is in your truck now. This kit simply adds a second factory k16 pump. The II dragonfires are factory k16's modified to flow better. Some have had hit and miss success with them and like I said above, for the price fuelers are the way to go. Dual k16's will support just about any nozzle/tune combo you'd ever want to run. The obvious air dog or similar fuel pump setup would be the start. I'm still up in the air on how I'm going to run my lines/returns. I'd like to run the elite setup but I can't justify spending $600 for that imo.

I would just get the Elite Upgrade bud. It is worth it when you get your hands on it and see what you are paying for. There is alot of peices in the kit and very good quality. I just got mine UPS tonight and I was super happy that I did the Upgrade when I saw how it all works. It will make things much cleaner and eaiser to install. You are also not tied to Ford for the $50 filter combo for the fuel system anymore. Just my $.02

72 on stock fuel is over 700hp. 60s to their full potential would be 850 I bet. Ask Mike Corsilli that's his set up.

Yea just a bit over 700 lol heading to the track sat to see what I will do with the single. Feels stronger than the compounds that made 870

Go with elites dual fuelers, they're not the cheapest but the parts are very nice. Can't say the same about the rest as I've never seen another fueler kit in person. Industrial pumps are sketchy, spend the extra money on twin pumps or just wait until elites bag of parts comes out for your stock pump.

Totally forgot about Corsilli running that 72 on stock fuel for awhile. I kinda doubt 850 though with 60's, judging from what Matt Mahillo did with a 75 and 60's. I'd love to be wrong though.

Matt did 866 with the 60s and 75/83 single. The big turbos don't light fully on dynos usually so the power reading can b off. I will get some track #s if my motor cooperates
