Good price for 07 outlaw??

Lookin at an 07 f250 outlaw. It has 143xxx miles and bulletproofed. Has arp studs, new head gaskets, egr delete, new oil cooler, blue spring upgrade, new 35" tires, 5" mbrp exhaust and an sct. He said $23k. It seems a little high to me for the miles, what do you guys think?? Thanks!

My 7.3 didn't say anything about the trans when I bought it but it lasted 2 weeks and I lost the direct drive. 3rd and reverse were gone.

Oh sorry. It's a ccsb. 4x4, Moonroof, power rear
Slider, heated seats, pretty much every option

Ask the guy why he couldnt wash it before he took pics, seems like a couple bucks is worth it to make that black pop unless its all scratched up. Also that drivers seat has alot of wear in it. Hope you can bring him down on that price
