correct. plastidip will not be able to reproduce our color codes. the finish of plastidip has kind of a textured look if you use it straight from the can. you can actually add glossifiers and all kind of stuff to make the finish smooth and look more like a matte type of paint finish. the good thing about it also is the durability of it. its also pretty forgiving when you lay it down. also, while it is pretty durable, the more coats you lay down the easier it is to take off when you choose to do so.

you can always just try it just to try it. if you look on plastidips website you can see the color selection that they offer. if you dont like it, you can always just peel it off like it never existed lol.

np. i think its good to try it just to see for yourself. youre either gonna like it or youre not lol. there is no "oh, im on the fence on this one". its durable, pretty forgiving when you lay it down, easily reversible if need be, and cheap. cans run about 5-7 dollars, depending where you look.

Sold my stock chrome grill off my 15 for $1k

Bought XL grill for $150 shipped
Bought grillcraft mesh insert for $225
Paint $150

Well worth the price of selling... I'll be cutting and painting this week.

Really? People sell those for like $200 all day long on Craigslist haha.

I know the Platinum grilles like mine bring in the cash though
