Yes its a billet wheel. Just remember though a billet wheel only means that it was made on a CNC from a block of alum not cast. It tech has nothing to do with better flow. Now of course why is the reason you go billet in the first place? That is to get angles that may not be possible to do in a casting mold or you are doing very low numbers. The GTX wheels are made to have much better air flow and they are also very quite. They are both oil and water cooled which helps significantly with heat dissipation after shut down. The GTX 4294 compressor charts show they come on and move down low just about as well as a 38R or stock and up top they are best the larger gt4202r. Combined with a 1.15 T4 They have great spool up speed and lite down low with good capacity up top to keep drive pressure s down. Honestly looking as some of the turbine charts and talking to guys that run them even jumping up to a 1.25/.28 has little neg effect on spool up yet gets you some more top end breathing room. I have not tried one this large myself yet but can tell you as far as singles turbo apps go when it comes to the 7.3 a 1.15 ratio turbine housing is the best match over all for this engine IMO. It balances the best between low and high end flow with a properly matched compressor to turbine wheel. I think it with a 200% nozzle injector is a very good match. It of course would work very well with a 100% nozzle as well and run extremely clean would be my bet.
