Thinking about putting the stock high pressure on with my gtx4202r as the low pressure... thoughts? What numbers would it yield?

If you were going to do that you might as well just go bigger and put it in front of the whole compound set up. Probably spend just as much time fabbing something like that as trying to fab something up to the factory high pressure

Fabbing and time is no issue for me... I just want something that spools good and makes power, I'm happy with the power of the gtx but spooling is another story

I vote 3788.... that was my original plan when picking chargers, but I wanted something slightly bigger and opted or the cheaper s366. Ive seen guys say compound with a 66mm high pressure charger spools very similar to stock

Compounds don't really work that way. You'll make more power with the same atmo as a single provided you can get it to spool. You can only make as much power as the size of your atmo is capable of. And because of the added drive pressure of running two turbos your total power will be slightly less than what it makes as a single. Been proven time and time again on dynos. But total usability of that power will drastically improve with compounds. Really with a 6.4 running big compounds anything smaller than a 84mm atmo is silly if your going for big power. I mean with 75-59 drop in compounds available. Doing a 76mm over a 64mm non vgt is a small gain for the amount of work. Now take that atmo to a 84mm over a 64mm hp you got 1000rwhp fuel only potential. Whereas the 76 atmo won't quite get you there.

Not telling you how to do it. But that's my take on the situation.
