What part number is it also is it new or used

It's the international tuner there's no serial number. If I remember correctly. I used it for about 8 months I bought it new. Sold the 6.4. It will tune up to '12 dodge '14 duramax and '14 powerstroke. Comes prewired for a fuze tap so it shuts on and off with the key.
