Has anyone ever run into a problem where the tuner just says configuring and never does anything. Almost like it freezes up. I've used it before on another truck and it worked fine. Now it's doing this. H&S tuning is loaded on the truck. And tuner is on latest update. Thanks

Push the OBD2 connector in harder, my truck needed a firm click before it communicated properly (support from backside if your Hercules)
