Halo/Oracle Led kits, Where to get them?

looking to find the kit to add oracle LED's (halos) to a set of headlights once I pull them apart to color match them, I want to get the ones you can change colors on also just for showing off and messing around, I've been searching around and keep finding info on them but nothing on price or where to get them? eBay has 3 sets but they're for just single color ones.
anyone have any leads for these?

Diesel cartel don't offer the DIY kit like I'm after, you have to send yours to them, I requested a price quote but still looking to find who sells them so I can install them when I PTM the lights
