hard to start.. then lope

So this has been going on awhile. For some reason my 97mind psd is hard to start. It cranks just fine. I crank on for around 20secs before it fires but when it fires it lopes a couple times then smothes out. It runs great no problems other than that. Doesn't matter weather its cold hot or anything. Some ideas would be great thanks bryan

Does your HPOP reservoir drain down?

havent checked tom... when i crank on it my hpop doesnt move at then jumps to 500 and it fires
