Has anyone changed from manual to digital climate controls?

For the F2/350 line ups, my 03 has the manual climate controls. Where as my sisters 04 ex has the digital one. Is it as simple to swap or wiring and some sensors are needed? Has anyone tried this?

Yeah you can do it. Its not simple.

You have to replace nearly everything HVAC related. Ducts blend doors controls everything
