Im not really looking to start a pissing match with this. But my 08 has 5-6K miles and is puking. Built by elite, new heads, oem gaskets, and yada....yada....

I have talked to several people (very familiar with these studs) that suggested that when redone they would bump the final tq and have had good luck.

Take it for what its worth.

I had a very simular situation. OEM Gaskets, new heads 'flat' ect tq to 190 started puking around the 8k mark.
Redid it made the final tq number 250 ft-lbs been trouble free for 30k hard miles.

:whs: ^ if you look at trucks like shone's and Erik's, they never had any issues with this studs.

It probably should be noted that the higher you torque them (especially beyond the manufacturers specs), the more likely you are to crack the block.
