Just installed some 05 Harley headlights in my 03 with Sylvania Silverstar H13 bulbs. I bought some splice in pigtails from O'Reillys (I know) . Now the low beams are dim as hell and the high beam indicator is lit up all the time. Is this just a bad connection or is there a wire crossed? Can barely see anything with the low beams. Please help!!!!

Sounds like you have them wired incorrectly. If i had to guess the ground and the high beam are reversed causing the high beam indicator to be on. Wiring on the 03 plug should be
Ground is the center pin of the plug looking into it
High should be the left pin
Low should be the right pin

Left lamp
dark blue/white tracer is low beam
light green/black tracer is high beam
black is ground

Right light
dark green/orange tracer is low beam
light green/black tracer is high beam
black is ground

This is out of the 03 factory wiring manual.

Just a The H13 is quite possibly the stupidest design for a bulb ever foisted on the public.
The terminals are so small that they can overheat, even at stock wattages, and melt the plastic housing of the connectors. Higher than stock wattage bulbs are offered, but not recommended and no harness or relay will fix the problem of to small of terminals.
