Headlights, Mirror Lights, and LEDs

I have a couple bulbs that need replaced and can't seem to find the answers I'm looking.

First, how exactly do you remove the headlights in these truck?

Second, has anybody found any good LEDs to replace the lights in the mirrors and the bulb behind the reflector in the headlight? I believe they are both 194 bulbs.

You could watch any headlight changing video on youtube and see how they remove the headlights and for your LEDs try retrosolutions a vendor on this forum.
