Is there any benefit to a dual exhaust vs a single other than sound? Also I only have a tuner, intake, and delete pipe, would a 4" work fine or go with a 5"?

All of it will depend on preference in sound.
I had a straight 4" and then put a muffler on it to tone it down some, straight it was LOUD!!!
It is still loud but at least I can drive by a cop pulling my trailer and they dont stare.
5" will be deeper, but performance wise no difference.

5" pipe, no muffler, is not extremely loud to me.

tone is deeper with 5" and for bigger builds it helps with egts.

I have the 4" Flo-Pro with muffler.
It has a nice sound at idle, sounds good when truck is started.
I don't know what it sounds like outside, never let anybody else drive it.
I can't hear the exhaust over the wind noise with windows down either.
However, the most important part is...NO DRONE.
I really like it.
Nice pipes, love the clamps.

Your down pipe is only about 3.5" so anything bigger than that won't gain you much for performance. The bigger pipe sounds a bit different but that can be done with a large tip also.

I have a 4" in my cclb and had a 5" on my ecsb... I'd go 4" downpipe with 5" pipe... The 5" sounds much deeper and has a rumble at idle compared to the hiss or the 4". If the 5" is to much for you then add a muffler down the road, but I'd definitely go with a 5"

Before I did my stack I had str8 4" all the way out with a 7" tip. My buddy ran 5" all the way and I gave him my 7" tip. I think they sounded the same. I think the tip made the sound.

4 inch will be louder with more whistle. Straight pipe no muff. 5 inch looks the best and still sounds great. I'd get a 4 inch downpipe and 5 inch straight pipe. Brand doesn't matter as long as its stainless steel.

There is not a difference between 4 and 5 inch pipe. No gains. Even on the high builds the only difference will be a very small egt decrease.
