Bought this thing because the guy said it had a blown HG but then realized it was the turbo and didn't want to fix it. There is no coolant in the oil and smells like a little bit of fuel and sludge. The hpop reservoir is full and has compression and is getting fuel

set your scangauge to, I think, icp psi, and watch your hpop pressure while cranking, you need more than 500 before the inj's will fire. start with that.

If those codes are valid the 0344 is the CPS, 0470 is the exhaust pressure sensor circuit malfunction, and the 0603 is keep alive memory.

The CPS is the main no start code.

You will get the 0603 code anytime the PCM loses power from the batteries such as when you disconnect them or pull the #9 fuse under the hood. It is just a notification code.

If you purchase a new CPS get it from the Ford dealer or International. The ones from parts stores have been iffy weather they work or not.

if its been sitting for that long I almost guarantee that the HPOP res oil level fell wayyyyy below and your cranking air into it. my buddies truck sat for 2 months with no prior ipr issues before and his oil level fell below about an inch. filled it up to the top and fired right up. pull the res plug and check it then report back.

I didnt get a chance to work on it yesterday. I did check the resevoir and it was full. Got it to fire and run for about 15 seconds then it died. I'll let you know what happens today.
