help please

Hey guys its been a while. Im currently work ing on my truck im pulling the hpop and I got a quick question is there anybody that I can call to talk me through something I pulled the back two screws as well as the bolt behind the plate however I heard some thing drop and I remember lott was telling me you have to do something if that happens. also pump wont come out. I got greasy hands and I am typing this on my phone all help would be greatly apreaciated.

I was able to get it I just didnt remember it being a pain in the ass to pull out

there is a very thick pump bolt washer and that's probably what fell. is that what you are saying you ended up getting?

Yea it's been awhile since I touched my truck actually and I forgot all about that washer. Correct me if I'm wrong doesn't the super duty reservoir have a lid in stead of that whole section coming off? Also do those bolts need to be torqued back on
