Help with cross reference air filter

A little help with an air filter cross reference. Working with an '03 F350 6.0 PSD. The previous owner put a K&N CAI on. I'm not a fan of the oiled filters especially here in Alaska with the glacial silt that gets blown about. I have not noticed any dust past the filter but prior experience with oiled filters shows they are hard on intake electronics. I'm hoping that some where there is a drop in, non oiled filter element that will fit this air box. Model is E-0780 and the filter is E-3033. Thanks in advance.
