Help with H&S Mini Maxx

I have a Mini Maxx that I picked up online but it is not working seems like it has one fried circuit on the board. Does anyone know how to repairs these or where I can send it to get repaired?

It itself doesn't work seems like it had a surge of power and fried one of the circuits. Not sure if it can be repaired or not.
