High pitch whining noise under heavy load

Hey everyone I could use some help figuring out my 04 6.0 psd has really high pitched whining
Noise kinda a jingling sound truck has new turbo all inter cooler tubes in good shape.
Only does this when under a hard pull up hill I usually pull anything from an empty trailer to 22k pds. Please help

My guess would be a boost leak at higher pressures. I'd check the boots closely, the 45-degree boot at the turbo is prone for rubbing and could create a hole in it...

Does it sound like a tea kettle?

Yea kinda. It takes a little bit like 45secs to a minute
Just cruisin along then it be ok till next hard pull

Could be your degas bottle cap releasing pressure

That's a possibility. It will start making the noise through the pull then I let off it an it quits.
But in that short time it takes to cool down just barley step on throttle an it's rite back
