Also what would be to high for rail pressure?

I think I remember back a year or two that anything above 28k was pushing it. I dont really believe there is any benefit to running anything above 26k. Atomization should be there

I leave mine at 24600.

I think gearhead commands 27k

On sure there are some gains but I don't know how much.

The sensor is maxed out at 29k

you really can't get more than 24.8 or so out of a stock pump on full song with stock injectors.

Dont your tunes for dual pumps call for 27k? Or is that just a trick that you use for a truck thats having trouble maintaining?

I have a data log somewhere on my comps or hd that show I maintained over 25,000psi. As well as had a few seconds over 26,000psi almost 27,000psi. PW was 2.2... All stock, fuel only and nitrous runs. I wish I could find the data log, it was impressive for a stock truck.

I'm in no way advocating it was repeatable time after time, but it did happen back to back runs. It was on a tune I had Mike@KEM write me 3 years ago where I asked to command max psi.

My reason for starting this thread was basically to make sure I'll be safe to run that same tune with my new setup... Dragonfire, Elite 110's, Airdog 165, fuel bowl delete and triples that will chew up all available fuel. Given I live so remotely from anyone that tunes I will eventually run MCC once I get it figured out... In the meantime I want to run my max FRP tune.
