Unplugged icp, tapped ipr, Swapped idm with the one off my truck. Still nothing. Kinda of a pita not having a ae or anything. I'm thinking it's gotta be electric. We tried reading the injector voltage at the valve cover harness and could only pickup less than 10 volts. Tried fiddling with the relays and fuses, no difference. Another thing I noticed, it's takes quite a bit of cranking before the oil gauge moves. It is full of oil, so is the hpop. Any ideas? Going to pull the ipr and see if can find anything.
