How do you remove this panel without breaking it

How do you remove this panel? Might light switch is jacked up and I think the wiring for the dash lights may be loose. The picture is not from my truck just one that I found.

I've done a search and haven't found anything. I certainly don't want to break it.

i just gently pried on mine and it came out easily.

Yeah it just pops off if you pull on it from the bottom it has clips like the panel under the steering wheel and a couple other places.
