120k on mine, did radiator hoses a while back because the dealer i bought it from put **** napa ones on it when i brought it in for leaking coolant under warranty. And then 3 months later it needed a trans temp sensor and that's it. Most recently the converter started slipping 2-300rpms in lock up anything over half throttle on highway,

2008 job 1. 164,347 miles. Complete cooling system replacement. dpf delete at 44,000 when came available. Has been an absolute beast for me. Bout to do head gaskets, o rings, and ARP head studs. I'll never get rid of this king rancher.

Aluminum intercooler/rad and silicone hoses? What else is "Complete cooling system replacment?" Front cover too? What coolant did you go with?

Feels like you just got this thing back on the road a few weeks ago. 6k miles already?

E99 F350/zf6/guages/arp/comp/stellite/ billet wheel/ bellowed... Need more fuel and more air.

I have about 167k on my 08 job2. Just had the cab off last month more for preventative maintenance than anything.. Needed an up pipe, and figured just pull the cab and do studs, gaskets, lifters, pushrods, heads etc.. Ran great before and after cab off. If I can get 300k out of it I will be happy. Engine has low hrs.. average of 49mph or something like that.

108000 km (67000 mi) Just replaced leaking upper rad hose with updated version, coolant flush (the spendy one) fluid replaced in both diffs and transfer case. Still runs like a champ. Spartan tuned and deleted at 64000km (39000 mi)

144,200 on my '08 job 3. I've done rad hoses, tstat & coolant as preventive maintenance. Man, it runs well, I just hope it goes the distance!

269,000 and the original LPFP finally gave out LOL.

No other problems other then a leaky radiator which was replaced with a mishimoto at 260,000 and a blown vgt was replaced with a midwest billet S366 at 265,000.

Yea it was racking up the miles till the rain started... Engine has just over 9k on it right now...

190k with 20-25k mile oil changes with LE 8854. With the exception of when I cracked ny block around 140k. Deleted and tuned by various people via MM. Only real issues were head gaskets then cracked block from torque of the heads before everyone knew about it. Otherwise its been a great truck!

Hair over 92k when I got home today, lil over 1k miles a week is racking up quick... But on the plus side the engine is doing good with nearly 17k on it!
