Depends on the tuning.. Do you have a external gate on the 38R?? Or is the gate still factory??

Depending on.. You could be around 500 to 550 with the 38R dialed right and good tunes..

Tuning is by Jonathan at No Limit tuning & design formerly of beans diesel.

no sir my 38r has the factory wastegate. It has been cross drilled and has a hi flow flange

OK should be in the range I guessed... Would be shocked if it was lower..
That also depends on the dyno.

your set up is the same as mine except I'm running 238/100....
on johnathan's dyno I pulled 570HP/1150TQ in December
I'm interested in the difference the nozzels would make

At beans in november I pulled 561hp/1105TQ
The december dyno was live tuned but `before that it wasn't
Johnathon's dyno was down when I finished mY build in august so he loaded tunes he thought would work.... He got pretty close

His dyno numbers will NOT match is track times... Not even close.

His set up is a 470-500 hp tops.

Joe, in your opinion how much of a difference are the 200 percent nozzles going to make compared to the 238/100s that were just mentioned?

IMHO about 30hp... Maybe 50 depending on HPO pressures and such.

I had 100% s on these same injectors. I like the 200% s way better. Definitely more power. 50hp sounds about right

With the history i have seen with this dyno, my guess is 456.

We just did 155 on it with a stock 96'.

Added tuned chip and did 190.

Dynos are for tuning. Start with one and stick with it. You cant jump around, unless you are just trying to win trophies.
