How to find my PCM # and TCM #

I need these two codes to get my new SCT tuner tuned. Anybody know where to find them?
I can find the Spartan codes for it, but it just says Spartanengine and Spartantrans.

use your SCT to display them

use the sct and look at "vehicle info".
truck must be returned to stock.
