How to tell if my TTB is healthy?

Just curious, what should I be looking for on my TTB to ensure its healthy and up to snuff?

How do I verify shocks are good?
How do I verify the springs are good?


I know its obvious when tie rods and BJ's are shot... but how else can you know whats looking good and what else needs replacement?

Also, the truck is on a 6" super lift and 35" mud tires, if that impacts the inspection any.

And fwiw, I just did the quarter-test on all 4 tires, on the outside, inside and center edges, and they all seemed to be pretty much near the same exact wear-point w/ roughly 10k miles on the tires.

Things are looking rather good for my TTB id say?
