It's been awhile since I posted anything. The trucks done and running on the road. I haven't been able to dyno yet but we will be at the Spokane, WA Diesel Drags on Aug 1st & 2nd. I'll be running the truck on the track to find out what she'll do in the quarter mile and hoping there will be a dyno there also.

The link below is final pics of the truck and build.

Definitely a sweat build. Looking forward to the dyno and 1/4 mile results.

Sweet! If I get mine going over weekend, I might make it to Spokane! I'll keep my eyes peeled if I make it! Good luck!

ya that would be great. I'll be with the Dynamic Diesel Shop people and NW Truck Pulls. They are the ones putting on the event and are one in the same. I'll be there for sure. Hotel is all ready booked.

Here's what you all have been waiting for. We made the trip from the Seattle area to Spokane, WA for the diesel drags. Had several people from the forums come over and say hello. We ran a best of 12.3 in the quarter. Weighed the truck there and it weighed in at 8600 with me in it right after my last run. We did the online calculations and that puts us at around 900 RWHP. Spokane is 1900 ft elevation and it was 100 degrees at the track. We figure back at home I might be able to pick up another tenth or 2 being at sea level and cooler temps. That's a guess as until we do it, you haven't done it. We still plan to dyno in the future but everyone I'm talking to says skip the dyno as my quarter mile times will be way more accurate than dynoing so I'm beyond happy with hitting that 900 RWHP mark. The ATS trans never even got over 200 degrees and was handling 30 psi boosted launches. Drove it 5 hours there to race and drove it 5 hours home afterwards. I couldn't be happier with how it performed and held up.

Nice runs, although I highly doubt its 900 horse.

Not at all trying to rain on your parade, just stating my opinion.

Your welcome to do the same calculations we have done on several different calculators online. They are all coming up with 900 rwhp based on our quarter mile time and weight of the truck. Everyone is telling me quarter mile times are way more accurate at determining HP than dynos as you'll get a different number from ever dyno you run on.

Thanks Morgan. That last run made all the doubt of injector size and turbo size that I got from you all go away. You know your **** sir. That Midwest Diesel sticker will always be on the back of my truck. I honestly believe we have made right at or slightly over 900 RWHP on stock appearing turbos now.

Congrats on your numbers. When it is all said and done, all that matters is how you like it. I have been looking forward to hearing results for quite some time. I am curious as to what your boost and EBP was since you ported the heads.

your 60ft is a good bit high, you should be in the 1.60's , you would knock off a couple 10ths right there .

I feel like a jerk. I was reading the calculator wrong at http://www.wallaceracing.com/et-hp-mph.php That was flywheel hp. So hell I'm not sure what it's making for RWHP but it aint 900. Little depressed after the light bulb went off in my head.

Look at it this way... With alil effort you could have a CCSB truck into the 11s...With stock appearing turbos!! Thanks NOTHING to be ashamed of!:thumbsup:
