I was cleaning up my files and ran across this..... This shows 2 injectors with the same CC rating with a 30% and 80% nozzle. On a 7.3 your typical max injection window without running a crazy amount of timing would be about 3.3-3.5ms (with most of your injector work being done in 3ms) for a 3000-3300 RPM power peak. So you can see that a 30% nozzle is enough to empty 175cc of fuel in 3ms where aan 80% can do 215cc in that time.
