i am building a 6.4 now and i need input ......
who running elite pistons and how are they doing and is anybody running empire pistons and how they like them..

who is running elites cams i am really looking at the stage 3 cams and empire has stage 3 cams also wanted to know if anybody running them and feed back on both .....

i have a guy that is going to port and polish the heads he does all the pulling truck heads around here and i know he does good work

i also want input on rods there is alot of rods out there i see river city has a set and elite has a set and i want input them

i want to make over 1000 on fuel i am a ford diesel tech and can do most the work myself . I been looking at the mpd single turbo kits and am really interested in one and i am also looking at rudy duel fueler kits. I am from winchester va so i am only a couple of hours away from your shop. I just want the best idc if i have to pay more for it and i am not too worried about running it on the street i mite run it 5 miles up the road to town and back and if i have to build a pulling truck only then so be it i have other trucks to drive.

Translation: Hello, I own a 6.4 and want to make 1000HP on fuel. It does not need to be streetable as it is not my DD. Cost is not too big of an issue either. I am capable of installing the parts as well. What parts do I need to achieve my goal?

I already have a manual in it and a southbend clutch... and are u saying i dont need to go in the bottom end .... also what about the valve tran ???

Wait.. Valve springs and push rods for sure should be addressed I think

I know there are plenty of 1000+ hp pulling trucks running the zf-6.

Your wanting 1000 on fuel? You need to call a company like Rudys, Elite, or MPD up and let them tell you what setup they think and then go with the one you choose
