hey guys so i have a truck in the shop that is giving me fits!!
all stock 2009 f250 came in with a low fuel pressure issue
did the standard fuel fiter change that didnt make a difference
then i changed the lpfp and checked the fuel pressure at the bowl it is maintaing the 5-7 psi that it needs so i ruled out the low pressures side as being the issue...
so i moved on to the high pressure side, pulled all the injectors, no cracks in the tips or any visible issues, so i put new o rings on and resealed the injector cups at a precaution... replaced all the high pressure lines and put a new hpfp in....
the truck will start fine and idle perfect with no smoke.. if you ease into the throttle it will build to 15-16000 psi but no higher and smoke pretty good... if you get on the throttle hard pressure will drop to 2000 and buck and fart then die....
i dont know what to do next so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
