ICP? What else could it be?

So about 5 days ago I changed my ICP sensor and plug because I was getting some flutter in the rpms at idle, regardless what gear it is in. It just wouldnt idle smooth, raising and dropping inconsistently. So after I changed the sensor and plug it idled perfect until today when it started doing the same thing again. Tomorrow I hope to check my wiring but I dont think thats what it is. My new sensor cant be going out already can it? Anything else it could be?

It could be a number of things, with out scanning it for codes and looking at the data stream you are just guessing. You could try cleaning the EGR.

Im going to check IPR duty cycles and stuff soon as I get my hands on a good scanner
