Bought my wife an '01 Excursion a couple weeks ago and found this plugged in the PCM. (pics to follow in next post)
Its a BD chip marked "BD-001214 Part No. 1003914".
I just want to know the power level and any positive or negatives about it. A google search returned almost nothing, only a PDF document about how to install.
I am leaving it off the truck as it has no gauges, exhaust or intake. Will probably get another TS chip for it like I have in my truck anyway. Found a thread dated 2010 that said PHP can reburn these chips with a custom file, anyone know if they still can?

That does NOT look like a TS chip to me.

And PHP is only re-burning their own chips now.

Never said it was a TS chip.....10-4 on PHP, I thought I read that somewhere.

75hp on paper? That's where it is now, on a stack of papers keeping them from blowing away.....

Maybe I'll donate it to the Smithsonian.

Contact Tony at Total at Total Diesel Performance. I know he can do a lot of things with older chips that a lot of tuners can't.
