Injector and rocker arm interchangeability.

I'm rebuilding the top end of my truck. I have all the rocker arms in order but does it even matter? Injectors and pushrods I kinda messed up on I had them in order but my son rearranged positions. So will there be any issues. Lastly reading a rebuild guide it says pushrods go copper end up. But looking at them both sides have a nice chrome lining on them. Is it big hole up or small hole?
Lastly ill be running a felpro head gasket set. Any issues with it? Looks and feels like my original gaskets.

if 99.5 or newer cyl# 8 takes a different injector if running split shots (AE blue connector). rockers are intake and exhaust, copper up. felpro should work as good as your head bolts will allow

Yup got a 99.5 but don't have a AE injector every single one is AD I did order a frx so I should be good to go. Also I noticed the felpro kit came with a **** ton of o rings.
Anyone got a break down on these?

injector o-rings? (top to tip) steel, square black, round blue, pink, orange, copper.
galley plugs have orings that look similar to the center "pink" injector oring but it is blue in color.
hpop small fittings take a red viton o-ring
